Who you're working with
Campgrnds is the consulting practice of Brandon Webster. Sessions are delivered by me personally.
What a session is
Sessions are one-on-one consulting on fashion technology strategy, digital product passports, NFC, AI tools, business strategy, and EU regulatory readiness. They provide education, planning, and recommendations. I don't build, operate, or maintain systems for clients.
Not legal advice
Discussions about the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) or any other law are general guidance, not legal advice, and don't create an attorney-client relationship. You're responsible for confirming your obligations with qualified counsel and for the decisions you make.
Fees and payment
Sessions are $93 per hour, paid in advance through Stripe when you book. Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds follow the policy shown at booking.
No guarantees
I share what I know from building and running these systems, but I can't guarantee business, compliance, or technical outcomes.
Intellectual property
The Campgrnds name, logo, site content, and archived work belong to Brandon Webster. Client brand names and garments shown belong to their owners. Notes and plans I prepare for you in a session are yours to use for your business.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any session is limited to the fee you paid for it, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
