Who we are

Campgrnds is the fashion technology consulting practice of Brandon Webster, based in Newark, New Jersey. In this policy “I” and “me” mean Brandon Webster. Questions go to info@campgrnds.com.

What I collect

• When you book: your name, email address, and anything you write in the booking notes, collected by my scheduling tool.
• When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe. I see the amount and your name and email, not your full card details.
• When we meet: sessions run on Zoom under Zoom's own privacy terms. I don't record sessions unless we both agree first.
• When you email me: whatever you choose to send.
• When you visit: basic technical data logged by my hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

How I use it

To schedule and run your session, take payment, follow up on what we discussed, and keep records required for tax purposes. I don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who I share it with

Only the services that make the practice run: my website host, scheduling tool, Stripe, Zoom, and email provider. I may also disclose information when the law requires it.

What you share in sessions

Collection details, plans, and business information you share stay confidential. I won't share them without your permission.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to work with you and meet legal and tax obligations, then I delete it.

Your choices

Email info@campgrnds.com to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. I'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
